Absolutely disgusted with the Most pathetic customer service, unbelievable with such lovely products. A sales lady was the only person who gave us decent service, the office staff was terrible. I cancelled all my orders and decided to pay R1 more else where just to get proper customer service.

Although the Google page gives an option of booking an appointment you can still go and buy plastic or glass containers at the shop without having booked an appointment initially. They have various containers from glass perfume bottles to plastic tubs and theyre all good quality. The lady who attended us was very friendly and efficient. The lowest quantity you can buy is 50 units so if youre looking for less than that then dont go there. I cannot say whether or not the stuff I bought was affordable because this was the first time Id bought plastic containers in general.

Very great place.friendly staff.great management.all of the workers really have a great sense of humour.they are great neighbours as our business place its near their own.i can write a whole page abt them but they are 1 great team .

They only sell in bulk (min 50x). Make sure you do not have other plans prior to your visit as you may be at the store for longer than planned. They have great quality products, good customer service but slow in attending to clients. They must invest in employing some sales assistants.

The guys are just too busy to attend to customers ,they also have no regard to the que the first come first serve system just doesnt exist imagine you wait 20mins and somebody just pops in and get served grgrh on your face.They need to improve on customer service its pathetic the worst I have ever seen in my life as a customer

I have always received fairly ok service from Moco Packaging until I went there a few days ago. The young lady that usually attends to me has always treated me with respect and given me comprehensive detail about their product range and pricing. HOWEVER, a few days ago I felt I was treated unfairly because of the colour of my skin. Due to the new Covid regulations, a few changes have been made, rightfully so, to curb the pandemic. Moco Packaging has, in writing, that NO WALK INS ARE ALLOWED. I, like a good customer who follows guidelines and regulations, waited outside patiently until I coud be attended to. As I waited for approximately an hour and half, I realized that White customers that were supposed to wait in the back of the line behind me, were given first preference and allowed to walk in and get their orders before the rest of us peasants . As if our money doesnt benefit this companys profit margin. I saw what it means, firsthand, to be privileged. Before Im told about playing the race card, fo note that this happened with about 4 White customers that came after but were served before me. Quite disappointing to be treated so unfairly by the old man who I had so much respect for. We come to your establishment even when the location of your company isnt ideal. We do that establish a solid relationship with you as our supplier, but to be made to feel like second class citizens is no way to keep loyal clients.You can do better. 2

Good cosmetic and plastic products. Staff is very friendly. There reception area could be very unneat at times as it is very small for the amount of customers they have to attend to. The area is not very safe and dodgy. Always scary to visit them. Can they not find a more soutable venue. I realy think that they are losing customers. It will be a pity as it is a good company to do business with.

Place is difficult to find in among the factories and repair shops. Parking is scarce. The male manager type person is grumpy. Minimum quantities on most bottles is 50. Wide range of bottles available. Cash not accepted- only cards.
