Good range of products available. Staff could, however jack up their customer service and not just chat to one another ignoring the customer. The person who assisted us didnt even hear me say no plastic and charged it to me as she was talking to a colleague, no acknowledgment at all. Nonetheless, a good range of products especially items for school-going children

It was amazing to visit this store. Their display of every item is stunning, very neatly displayed. Most of all the quality of bed linen and towels is very good. They also got variety of ladies make up and different types of cosmetic bags. You are really tempted to buy something once you get inside this store. The stuff very friendly

Absolutely shocking, till duty doesnt even say hello they all speak Zulu and dont even interact with the client. No customer service. What so ever.

Only one telller was working... We had to que for hours.... They could not even authorize on returns as Lufuno was the only person with the code and she was not in the store...... April - 03....wasted my time honestly and they not even apologetic.. The staff acts as is everything is perfect!!!!!!

My personal point of view is prices are much higher than certain trendier shops, certain items are higher by R50.00It seems a small margin to complain about but it adds up. I would rather go to the trendy place that is also more cost effective.

Poor service. Charged me twice for items. As I only checked the slip now and realized it too late. Had to request the special on the back to school promotion. Then had to pay 1 cent extra to get the promotion. Who works with cents these days anyway.

I love there prices and clothing.

We stood in a queue for at least 10 minutes (because only 2 cashiers out of at least 6 till points were working) to open an account, only to be told that they do not have cards to open any accounts. What a waste of time!

Quality clothes and all but they should fix their air conditioner. Its not conducive hto shop there on hot days

Great store with good clothing deals. Sizes are a bit off at times so I highly recommend trying on what you want to buy. Shoe sizes are also a bit off, and theres never stock of what I want, in my size. But overall great prices and quality is not bad either.

For a modest amount of money you can get a bag full of clothes. Always happy for the quality at the price. Give Jet a try next time

Its pretty much the same as all the other clothing stores within the Edcon group just the prices are better, personally I dont like shopping in these stores unless for nicessity and if you are with your partner and they are fitting clothes there are no chairs to sit in while you wait.

Its Jet.... shelves are always untidy. School shoes were all over but its become norm over the years so kinda expected it.

Just came back from Jet at Northgate mall. Its a bit unorganized. Biggest problem was they had no plastic bags and I was offered a clear dustbin bag.
