Best Service Ever! I was treated with kindness and care by Dr Rayhaan and Almi, both so professional and took the time to explain and made me feel comfortable. After my accident, I was terrified, I thought I was going to loose my front teeth, but Dr Rayhaan kept me calm, nicely closed my crack lines and gave me my smile back. You rock! The assistants and the Drs are so kind and so sweet and the Dr throughly communicates what will be done with your teeth to get your smile to look great and to ensure all is done correctly to achieve the perfect smile goal! Absolutely brilliant team! I’ve avoided dentists for years until now. Such a friendly and lovely group of professionals who are very accommodating. I know that my teeth are always safe in their hands.Dr Alberts was extremely efficient and reliable. Samantha really looks at holistic care of teeth.I’ve had quite a bit of work done on my teeth with this team, from crowns to emergencies to a general cleaning. Had my first Oral Hygiene visit at Melrose Dental studio today. Samantha was friendly and professional throughout my appointment and explained every step as we went along. She made sure that I was comfortable at all times and also provided me with detailed home-care instructions. Highly recommended.

I am really not a fan of the Dentist in general, so having to face the possibility of having to do an implant, scared the living daylights out of me!. As Murphy would have his law, I ended up having to have a molar tooth on each side removed and implants done!! Melrose dental team were friendly and helpful right form the start, explaining each step in detail, and also the quote. No hidden costs or parts of the procedure that I was not aware of. Now, you wont believe me, but it was almost painless, both implants! The extent of my pain, was a bit of discomfort after the procedure...noting else, I did not even have to take pain medication. If you are looking for a modern Dentist, with no fuss, hassle or pain, Melrose Dental is for you!

A supremely caring, sensitive, professional and expert team lead by Dr Edwin Alberts. The final result is excellent beyond my expectations. I felt very comfortable and secure primarily because of their expertise and high tech equipment but additionally, because of their care and sensitivity to a nervous patient like me. Appreciated the caring human aspect and explanation of the process, it helped quell my nervousness. Thank you Dr Alberts and Almi!

I was treated by Dr Alberts for an emergency crown at 4pm on a Sunday. His care and attentiveness leaves nothing to be desired and I was impressed with the way he handled multiple patients so late on a Sunday with relative ease considering he was a one-man show. The crown colour was not precisely how we had pictured it and he offered to redo it for free when I did my teeth whitening at a later stage. Dr Alberts bedside manner and informative style put me at ease and I came out 4 hours later with an expensive, albeit complete, smile. The only criticism I may offer is that the prices are a bit steep - I was in an emergency situation so there were no alternative options at the time - and as my medical aid doesnt cover it it comes straight out of my pocket. That being said, I will return to Melrose Dental Studios for further treatments due to the stellar service and medical attention I received.

Dr Alberts is really running a smooth operation. Time is taken with every appointment and the duration is longer than your average appointment. He is also very honest and open about your treatment options and you know where you stand at all times. I can really recommend him and all his staff at Melrose!

Being an oral hygienist myself , I have seen a lot of interesting things in the dental industry. I can honestly say that this practice gives you a sense of warmth, kindness and understanding. From the beginning when being greeted by the most amazing receptionist all the way through to the assistant, the hygienist and of course the incredible dentist! This is a practice with geniune people’s people! Also very ethical in every sense ot the medical oath. Very child friendly too for those mommies who are looking for a soft and gentle dentist and hygienist! Definitely a practice where you can trust you will be treated with love and kindness!!
