On 11th November I lodged a complaint with SAGC against Bekker & Houterman, Swellendam, to who I paid a deposit for the subdivision of a plot. Houterman had 21 days to respond to my complaint but according to the Registrar they have not received any feedback from Houterman.To date no evidence of any action against Houterman. Houterman has been sitting with my money for almost four months. Despite repeated emails SAGC refuse to give me any accurate feedback with regards to this matter, despite the Registrar mentioning that my complaint is not the first that they have received about Houterman.
