We went to sassa offices at no 1 de villiers street for a letter confirming our pension. Stood outside for 3 hours without entering the building. No organization. One official came out and shouted a few things we couldnt understand. The crowd was restless and impatient by that time. What a mess.

Worst place ever. Third time weve been there and couldnt get helped. 1st time closed for Covid. 2nd time document error. 3rd time only open for old age registration on Mondays and Tuesdays!!! No details on any of the sites. Nobody tells you what you need on-line. Pathetic display of disinterested authorities!
