The queuing system there really needs serious improvement. Why even encourage queues in these times of COVID-19

Went for my car license..The lady who worked there was very helpful.. To explain what I must do..Every one had to go to JMPD with a copy of their ID for certifying his or her ID before you can renew your car license.

Amazing, even though everyone isnt as keen 2 assist, suppose it depends on the day of the week, 1 staffmember 8n particular is on top of his game

Firstly, none of the staff wear name tags, and the lady who tried to assist me wouldnt give me her name. I had been asked to hand-deliver a letter of complaint about a number of issues with my account, including the disappearance of close to R11 000, but she refused to accept it saying it wasnt her job to read letters. The nett result was a complete waste of my time.

Terrible staff attitude. A bunch of lazy losers who never answer the phone, always chatting among themselves, on tea or lunch break and unfit to provide customer services. Over paid with no delivery.

Worst place to expect service. People will play on their phones and read the newspaper instead of thinking about helping people.Nobody ever knows what is going on or where the rest of the guys are that should be assisting. Service worse than this is extremely difficult to get
