I went to their offices yesterday because I had an appointment for 9:30 -10:30, only to be told that it was cancelled I must re-book. Now I didnt receive a message like other applicants letting them know that all bookings are cancelled, i am still trying to get a booking , but all dates for next week are already fully booked. Sometimes they show a date & available time after selecting the date and time & I submit it iget a response that says that date is fully booked try another date that is not even available. ( To put it lightly I am upset ) because I would have tried re-booking earlier had I received an SMS from them.

Their services are very quick. On the other hand their security at the entrance need more communication skills towards us clients. Besides that Im happy 😊

I did book and they give me date of 22/12/20 on the 20th they send me massage saying they are closed l must come back on the 4th of January 2021 I did but security refused and said I must go and book again till now is fully booked

Clean, friendly stuff and they comply to covid 19 regulations. Long ques but the stuff always push in and Hour your out of there. There are toilets in the premises.

Too much waiting, psira must open other regional office to reduce over crowd at this only office for the whole of Joburg pls psira do something.

We got there at 16h20 yesterday as the website says the closing time is 17h00 only to be told the offices close at 16h00. Perhaps you could update your website so time and travel costs are not wasted.

Clean building but very busy

The kind lady on the second floor.was awesome. Very helpful, highly knowledgeable and welcoming.

Dreaded standing in the line but fortunately I booked before hand. The staff was so awesome and I was in and out in minutes.

These offices makes the area safe due to security personnel always visible from and to the square
