With regard to deceased estates, it seems there is chaos in the department, the backlog is extensive and way before the covid 19 pandemic. If only staff could get going and have less of a state holiday
Long queues, slow or offline system and lacknof empathy staff for those whove come for assistance, most of whom are bereaved

Really had no problems, they didnt hold me up and the gent spoke perfect English and was well informed
