We were over charged, onb the quote they said the prices for the gloves were 123.00 we ened up paying R130.00 per box , the discount that they promised was never given when we did the bulk order and they refused to give a tax invoice, they promised the order would be delivered in 3 hours but we ened up having the ordered delivered after 2 days, there was no communication what so ever. After spending over R900 000.00 ON THE ORDER THEY STILL SAID THE PRICES WOULD GO UP. I think government should do something about these companies that just change prices and take advantage of the market.

Great service you wait for more than 2days to 3and 4week for manufactured overalls to be delivered. Affordable quality safety shoes that meets and exceeds all customers requirements but I still thing they need to improve the delivery lead time. thank you for the free t-shirts but I think the lead time needs to improve.i am not complain but at least cut off the free delivery and improve the lead time. Iesh Way Too expensive but we didn’t have an option, this guy is taking advantage and hicked the prices of FFP1, FFP2 Dust Mask, FFP2V Dust Mask and N95 TO OVER 100% THIS IS NOT FAIR. Order N95 dust mask first time for R12.00 the second time we ended up paying over R35.00 each on an N95 Dust Mask. We ended up paying over R4 MILLION for goods we were supposed pay only R1 MILLION. The delivery was not fair, we unnecessarily ended up R3 MILLION MORE. BRIAN PORTESA IS TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

Badly hoarding prices of dust mask.Pathetic high exobitent prices, a total reapoff, Spend R6.3 Million instead of R2.7 Million Brian has unessesalty huked prices that have been regulated by government on the Dust Mask. This company is too expenssive. All of a sudden they highed priced on a contruct that has costed us unbudgeted R2.2 Million

They have better tshirts than those Chinese. i recommend them for the quality of the golf shirts we bought. although we waited for 4days them to deliver i think it was worth the wait.Maggy and leo are always smiling. will surly shop with them again. thqnk you brian portesa brand. But the dust masks are too much expansivly priced.

They promised a discount of 30% but they never gave up, they also promised if I send people to buy from they will give us commission of 40%. Brian Gamanya is a manipulator. I only got 25% commission, after I took customers to buy from his company. I lost all customers because of his Chinese products. Mr Brian Porte I want the rest of my commission, you made a lot of profit with my clients. You have my number, please do the right thing and give me the remaining commission

Safety boots and overalls i recommend, the t-shirts i dont recommend. They have a wide range of promotional clothes but the products are too expensive for no reason, they say all their products are South African make but i show the Aprons and gloves with a Made in China tag. Quality work boots and overalls, we got what we required but, the place is too crowded we got lost many times and there is no proper parking. We had to lead the car at park station and walk an unacceptable distance with boxes of safety boots and overalls. Their Midrand branch is far much better. I am not sure if this is a franchise or its owned by one person?

Fantastic service I still think they need to improve on their customer service and delivery lead time. Portesa is a bit slow at times and do have some technical difficulties at times. The products are quality and I personally think its worth the wait but one thing though, the person that helped me made fun of me by talking in another language in front of me to another person and did not think I understood. Cool quality of wide range of stock items for my customers. the only thing that disappointed me is that their phones are always busy, yes i got free complementary key holders like any order customer but they need to improve on delivery lead time, they delivered my order only after 4 day while they said 24hours, You have to keep calling the staff is always busy. I am very happy but i got my order but they didnt give me the paper work and the delivery note. how can one ownestly deliver items of over R200 000.00 WITOUT ANY DELIVERY NOTE. i love their quality. the only thing i am not happy about is they just delivered the order and there was no were to sign for it. they gave me free T-Shirts that i dont really need, i would have opted for a discount rather that free items.
