The place has no signage whatsoever and the intercom is broken. Once I called for them to open and parked I still couldnt figure out where to go. Was later on greeted by an office full of people with not a single person wearing a mask.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a company in a long time.Order placed, after 9 days I sent an email enquiring the status of delivery, no response. Next day I phoned them and they said it will be delivered today or next business day (Monday) (apparently waited for an item.. yes thanks for letting me know /s). Still nothing, no communication or attempt from their side, will not bother using them again. #useless #waitedlongenough

I placed a order 2 days ago and sent a email to ask if I can change a size. No response. Sent another email this morning....no response...Lockdown or slowdown.......Payment was made in full.....Hope on Monday I get a response.

Very disappointing. Came in looking for a new office supplier but of the three staff that were sitting there none of them seemed interested at all. After asking if anyone could help me a lady finally got up to check in one of the cupboards and tell me they cant help. Clearly this company is not interested in gaining new clients. Staff should get training in customer service as this could have been a big order for the company. Pity....

Horribly rude, unfriendly people, who needs them, there are so many other suppliers that I found, that are even cheaper, with wonderful manners, I most certainly will never set my foot in that place again, plus no safe parking.
