Went there to get something bound and it was done so poorly. Pages weren’t lined up correctly and some weren’t even punched the whole way. Now they have ruined all the pages which were very expensive to print.

Tried to deliver an overnight package. And all I get told is address error and stared at with blank faces. They said the error was with the address and couldn’t tell me why when I showed it to them on Google Maps. No initiative to actually help me. I called the call Centre and the phone got put down on me 3 times when the operator didn’t feel like speaking to me any more.

Worst and rudest ladies that work there customer service is the last thing in their mind .. They act like government institutions sit and chat while customers are waiting to be assisted
