ARCHITECTS - AVOID THIS STORE FOR A1 COLOUR COPIES!RE: Exorbitant pricesI was very disappointed with the (Killarney Mall) Postnets exorbitant prices, for A1 copies of plans. Please note, there was nothing wrong with the service I received - the staff were great. I queried the total at the till because I was shocked at the price, but the price was confirmed. I mentioned that I had never even paid close to that amount for copies of plans at the Centurion branch, close to where my practice is located. I was informed that prices are different at different branches. I had a deadline in the afternoon yesterday, 24 June, so I simply paid and left.Today, 25 June, I phoned to query the prices on the till slip, because I was sure that there had to have been a capturing error. Unfortunately the rate per page confirmed to me over the phone, indeed resulted in the total on my till slip. I understand (now) that the branches are independently run, but the discrepancy in prices is just ridiculous and I will be complaining at a head office level and possibly on hellopeter - in an effort to save any other Architects from printing at your particular store.ARCHITECTS - AVOID THIS STORE FOR A1 COLOUR COPIES!
Three staff members but the slowest possible service, my word!
No complaints! Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Great range of products and services.
Alright I guess, but they are less efficient than the post office. No urgency to help waiting customers.
Perfect.friendly workers I love it.
Terrible and slow services. Employees easily ignore customers
Shocking courier service. Dont ever use them!
Why do they open an hour later than advertised? Says 8 on the website but they only open at 9? Why not just change the hours on the website so i dont have to stand there like an idiot and waste my time. I could have gone to PostNet in Saxonwold who actually opens on time and gotten my things done.
Cant even open on time. Been standing outside for 1 hour
Customer service is slow
