Wowee!! Bakeology rocks! Decided to do the Patisserie Pastry as well as the Classic and Contemporary Bread programs. I had an all round amazing experience. The venue is immaculate, stylish and I love that each person has their own table, machine and ingredients. The recipes are fantastic and the tips and tricks conveyed by Su and her team make it fun, educational and worthwhile! Loving my croissants and breads!
