Unpleasant experience. The Attorneys failed to obtain all information andprotect the interest of their client. It is the duty of a Transferring Attorney (appointed by the Seller) to at all times protect the interest of the Seller and these interests should outweigh all other considerations except of course issues of legality; which Lynette failed to do.
