Panama is beautiful. For someone looking for a big spacious flat, I would recommend it. Especially young people who want to experience the city. I love their braai area (I have met some pretty cool people there) and my daughter enjoys the jungle gym. It is very safe. The fact that its a 6 floor building, makes it easy to know who lives where. It is cleaned everyday.I love the 5% off rent for early payment and because my child goes to City Kids Primary I get an extra 10% off rent and 10% off schools fees.My only problem, the people living here can not take care of the place and that includes the kids. They throw trash in the lifts and passages. They pee and spit in the lifts. That for me degrades the place and it will loose tenants. If securities paid more attention on cameras, there wouldnt be such issues. Since there are cameras in the lifts, passages and rooftop, can you please install in the stairs as well? also have extra trash bins by the lift entrances.

The residence has a lot of young adults and children. So if you dont like noise, rather not, I like their outdoor rooftop area. It has a braai area with a jungle gym for kids. The apartments have poor ventilation, though.

The place is stunning,the rooms are gorgeous and the rooftop braai/chill and play area is just the cherry on the cake

Apartment block, hideous admin process as a visitor. You have to leave your Identity document to gain entry with security, no measures in place to ensure your document is safe

New management (AHFCO) ..... Dirty, smelling like there is a dead person, lack of management, poor performances of building manager, no longer inflammation....MAFADI was better than this.....

Its one of the most clean flats in johannesburg end area.

Cozy apartments in the building but bad management from the building manager and unnecessary house rules. Some security officers are not welcoming at all, Our guests always complain about the security Officers.
