Very bad service from the ladies at reception, for two days theyre unable to assist. they cannot even transfer a call to one of the sales agent, the line keeps being dropped, very poor first point of contact from such a prestigious institution.

I was a student from 2012 , the college is very clean , the food is nice , classroom are up to date , lectures know what the teaching.

Torque IT is quick to take your money, but their classes continuously get postponed due to not having enough delegates.

Im not getting the help I need from the remote agents. Visited the building for insight and still no win. Is there a number or can someone phone me? This is becoming a tedious process for simple questions to be answered.

-100 stars.For a company to pride itself on professionalism, with no real knowledge of what the word means and what it actually entails is a sham!The receptionists have no idea what goes on in the place, they have got no clue about the procedures and obviously zero communication skills.I came here to pick up a certificate - as per an email I received from Torque IT. The receptionist informed me that they no longer do physical certificates, but email it instead.Once I made several phone calls, I was assured that I would be assisted and my certificate could be collected.ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES - I’m still waiting!

No WI-FI for delegates, refused on request - air of hierarchy ie different people are treated differently - easy to find - nice training rooms.
