I do commend them on their response time but If you are looking for friendly, helpful, respect or just help in time of need, look elsewhere. We were shocked and disillusioned when we reached out to them about an issue we had with a product we purchased from them, for a substantial amount of money no less. Due to covid the call come through to one of the directors, who we will not name because we have professional etiquette.Not only was he not able to help us, he compounded the issue and we were left with an entirely inoperable system during an extremely delicate time of the month. Out of desperation we reached out to a competitor and they were able to help us within seconds. The problem turned out to be something very simple. We get it, these times are trying but if you are going to survive and keep your existing client base. This is not how you treat clients, let alone potential clients.Good Day to you sir.
