I have been using the services of Matrix at Killarney Mall for several years now, and I have always had great service and professionalism. Staff members are always happy to explain, and on occasion I have not been charged for their assistance. Wessel, in particular, has always been very helpful and professional. And -- this is for my fellow female customers -- I have never been patronised by any of the (all male) staff at Matrix for my lack of tech knowledge. As you will al know, this makes a big difference. : )

I am not too certain - without a thesaurus in hand, how to describe this fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and most of all productive team I have ever dealt with, over twenty years, not just computer related stores, ANY retail store!Having been into other stores, leaving furious as I have been ripped off, frowned at, made to feel like I, the customer, am doing them a favour by even walking in, (stores I will not mention, and rarely but unfortunately some other Matrix branches but feel it has to be said!), you then go into Matrix Warehouse in Killarney - WOW - what a breath of fresh air! ✨👏Even when I am in a foul mood (for example when my computer crashed, this particular team, each with their fab demeanour, can still manage to make you day! Werner & his team are consistently great on delivering good service at a very fair price. Werner provides good technical expertise, combined with honest appraisals and advice.

I recommend Matrix Warehouse at Killarney unreservedly. Wessel is a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, responds quickly and accurately, and offers sound advice after listening and understanding whats needed. Their prices are keen and there is a definite sense of trust in whats offered. My experience has also been that they have consistently gone the extra mile, even - and especially - when not asked. Also excellent implementation of the Covid-19 safety measures applied - a safe shopping experience.

Took my PC into Matrix Killarney in a complete panic. Thought I had lost all my data etc. Within minutes Wessel had restored my PC to its original condition. Am really grateful for his professional service. I live 2 minutes from the other IT chain store, but will gladly dive the extra mile for this kind of service.

I have been in need of a fan extension cable for my rig for months, so while I was in Killarney I thought Id pop into Matrix and ask for one. They had some in the shop, but the attendant said he had a spare lying around and searched for a bit to find it - then gave it to me for free. What an absolute hero, and a phenomenal place!

I bought a UPS which turned out to be faulty. I was told that it needed to be assessed and possibly repaired or replaced. The process is supposed to take a week - it’s been over a month. The after sale service is not up to standard.In response to the reply below: I was not offered a loan unit.Shortly after posting this review I was offered a loan UPS.

Received 5 star customer service from Wessel Le Roux when he assisted with my sons computer issues this week. He offered excellent advice on the parts required and went the extra mile with the installation and upgrade. I highly recommend Wessel for his knowledgeable assistance and attention to detail.

Received excellent service from Wessel. I brought in my laptop for repairs. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and fixed the problem whilst I was waiting. He he only charged me for the part replaced. He didnt charge me for labour. Thank you Wessel.

The store didnt have the items they had displayed as being on special at the actual store, they closed 30 minutes earlier than what they displayed on the website, the prices on the website werent as up to date at the store as well. I got thermal paste but man was it a mission.
