Apple wasted 9 days to tell me there was nothing wrong with my computer. I have never been so frustrated. As soon as I got it back from Apple it stopped working again. Courtney was able to find and fix the problem in 2 days.

If you have any problems Apple related, don’t hesitate to give Courtney and his team a call. I spilled water on my MacBook Pro. While other places said they will take at least week after submission before they can assess my laptop, Courtney and his team had my MacBook assessed, fixed, and returned within 2 business days. Communication with Courtney himself and the engineer working on my laptop was almost instantaneous and I was kept updated with every single thing being done to it. The cost is also on par with repair pricing in the United States (considering they repair with genuine Apple products), and not blown out of proportion with repair cost like some these other Apple repair shops.I highly recommend them for all Apple repair and upgrade needs.

ZA Support is a rare find in terms of service. The hard drive on my Mac crashed beyond saving. ZA Support immediately replied on my online query. They gave me an online estimate and a booking time and date to bring in my machine. The technician Courtney met me at my car, (COVID) and explained the process. I was updated via WhatsApp at least 10 times during the 48hours they had my machine. I ended up replacing my drive with a 1 TB drive and my machine is perfect.
