Exploited urgent need for a webcam and charged me R800 for a no name brand camera. Logitech, hikvision and Canon cameras all sell for R600 or less

The guy tells me windows 10 should only run with a solid-state hard drive – reason my pc is so slow. Only interested in a sale. Won’t go there again.

I had the best service experience at Biser Computers!!!! I was on a tight deadline and my laptop screen broke. I started searching for a place to fix it at 9am. After going to all the well know computers stores (Matrix Warehouse, Deon Wired etc.), receiving terrible service where no one was even bothered to assist me and being told its going to take 21 days to fix only the screen of my laptop, I was rather demotivated. I phoned Biser Computers and was greeted by Dimitri, a positive, well-spoken computer technician eager to assist me. We had a short conversation during which I provided him with the details of the screen Im looking for. I dropped my laptop off at 10am, he fixed it for me and by 1pm I was already home working again. Thank you so much for Biser Computers, I wont even bother going to any other store if I ever have technical issues again!

So I had my mother board crash on my computer and took it into BISER computers to get it fixed. They replaced the motherboard and when I returned to my home, I noticed that my USB 3.0 board was missing. The new motherboard had pre installed USB 3.0 ports. I called BISER computers and pointed out that this board was missing from the computer, and they said they would put it aside and I could collect. Needless to say I forgot about it. I was looking to connect additional accessories to my computer yesterday (USB3.0 type) and realised that I hadnt been to collect the board.This morning I went to BISER computers and asked if they could give me the board. The general response was somewhat low key and I was told that I couldnt expect them to have kept the board for all this time (This would be a very small board and I assumed that they had a drawer where they kept such items). So their service was both efficient and irritating.If I had given a customer a product with some component missing (More specifically if the customer had given it to me) I would have made a point of delivering the missing componet at my own expense, but then that is me.So my feeling is one of dissapointment. The re-assembled my computer leaving out a component which was in it, I am now wondering what else they may leave out.
