Wonderful experience of shopping at this Hi-fi... I was redirected here after when I didnt get the product of my choice there in another brach. The guy who assisted me was really helpful. I had few other questions regarding different devices and they assisted throughout them. Really commendable job they do. Would surely recommend them. You guys rock!!❤😊

Good day Hi Fi Corp Fourways Crossing,I was having a problem with my netflix and I had bought the little black box at your store. I brought it in and chatted to Prince (known as Mr P). What an amazing person he is. It took him several hours to find out what the problem was but never did he complain. I have never experienced such client service. He is truly an asset to your store. What a rubbish service we received. Upon our arrival we were assisted by Gugu who was a fantastic sales consultant(ask for Gugu if you do decide to go to this Hi-Fi corp).. Pricilla who was dragging her feet to assist was rude. When i asked to speak to management Mpho who is the manager was as clueless and usless as they come.. systems were not functioning, service was terrible.. i would not recommend this place to anyone

I was helped by Kurewa and Tumi. They were both extremely helpful and friendly with my refund/exchange. Naturally I was ready to sit there and fight for my refund, but they were extremely helpful. The exchange was quick and pleasant. Thank you Kurewa and Tumi.

Extremely terrible Customer Service- Tried calling this branch for hours only to finally get hold of someone who transfers me to a managers and promptly ends the call. I call back before getting pushed around different departments and finally get to the Mpho Mokena who stated that he was the Sales Manager who promptly gave me attitude about asking for an invoice! I then asked him to put me through to the branch manager as I felt he was not interested in assisting me. He then stated that Jeanine was busy on a conference call and proceeded to talk over me and refused to listen to me. Is the fourways branch lacking any good service agents and no accountable managers???

Went to collect during lunch ended up going back to work without my stuff because thier customer service is extremely poor ,3 employees was helping 1 customer all thier faces looking at the same screen and not paying attention to the other customers.look at your cameras at your tills around 13:47 on the 25th may 2021

Clean shop,but overcharged me, their wrong pricing was noticed at the till by the staff ,and without letting me know,just billed me. It happened before closing time and next day no one wanted to fix it, very disappointed

Unpleasant telephonic customer service. I called in to enquire about a special I saw on their website and spoke to an agent who left the phone unattended for about 2 minutes after she had answered my call. The second agent did the same thing where he left me on the line for more than 3 minutes. Very disappointing.

I bought a Defy Blender in Fourways and the lady who was assisting me gave me a blender with no lid. I only notice that when I wanted I decided to unwrap it and I wanted to use it for the first time after a week. Now I cant use it. My money went down the drain. Im Disgusted!

I visited the store on Tuesday and received excellent service. Within 5 minutes my TV was opened, checked and despite SABC being offline to confirm our TV license, the consultant was able to take down our details to complete the order. Friendly and helpful staff.

I bought a Hisense 49 inch Smart TV from them on the 19th of February 2020.It has been taken back for repairs twice as of 26 August 2020 same problem, the screen doesnt come on.What I find disgusting is the managers attitude, he is very rude, his name is Elliot, Id advice him to quit his job if he cant fulfill it with a happy face, he treats people like dirt, both in person and on the phone.He thinks he is managing a shebeen or spaza shop. Not professional at all

Very poor customer service. We wanted to layby something and basically that put the sales consultant off from assisting us. We were then told that the lady that does the layby is on lunch, we must wait for her. We simply walked away and purchased the items we needed and did the layby elsewhere. Why pay for bad service when theres so many electronic stores?

If I knew buying online meant Id have to wait 3 weeks for my delivery I would not have bothered. It took countless escalations, phone calls to the call center, tweets and a call to a Manger to finally get my order.Would I order from their online again I dont think so.

I forgot my ID Document at HiFi Corp Fourways Crossing (unaware) on Friday the 29th Nov 2019 and I had no clue which store I left it. But thanks to NELISIWE (Nelly) who gave a GREAT service when I bought my Laptop, and she kept my ID safe and made means to contact me. For this little she did for me, I appreciate it!!!!

Have been going to Hi-Fi Corporation for over 30 years and have had no problems with their products. They do not sell all the top of the range items. Its not that sort of store. But what they do sell is usually in good condition and works. Ive had to take things back occasionally, but have had no difficulty with this other than a long wait for store representatives to attend. Remember to keep your sales slips because these are your proof of purchase.

Customer Care is ineffective when it comes to cuaromer service. I was taken from pillar to post when I needed help and there was no one to offer help for a good 40mins. Passing the buck is the order of the day. The employees need a serious customer service training/course so bad.

Disgusting that the phone rings off the hook and nobody is concerned - I was about to spend some money with Hi-Fi Corp as I need to purchase a new washing machine and a new tumble dryer - but you know what !!! I will take my business somewhere more professional - Hi-Fi Corp - you obviously are making to much money to worry about your customer
