I rented an apartment through Currie group agency for 2 year in the matrix Paulshof and when the time came to leave the unit they hold my deposit for 2 months claiming that they are waiting for the electricity bill, then I have received a call from the agency to tell me that they won’t be able to pay me the whole amount of deposit which is R8000 in one time and they will transfer part of the amount then pay me the rest, I have received R5766.38 then after 3 weeks I have received R592.72 and no one is answering any emails or calls to explain why I have received this amount, I didn’t even receive the electricity bill !
