The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Their agent Fathima Moosa was completely charming when closing the deal on a rental . However once we were in the process of moving out of the property she was rude ,aggressive,obnoxious and completely unprofessional to the extreme .She went as far as to shout obscenities at me in the presence of my toddler and in full view of the entire complex. She does not take responsibility or any accountability for misleading us to rent a property with my young family in a flat that was inferior and cheaply constructed in a new development at Platinum Heights. When communicating my concerns and issues at the house ,she was quick to pass the buck , leading us from one person to another in the same company whose response was always its not my job or deal with Fathima. Worst after sales service ever!!! Fathima Moosa is the most callous and self involved agent I have ever has the displeasure of dealing with . Her only concern was the bottom line ,once the commission is in her account ,forget about her ever taking your call or assisting in any way . She submitted false maintenance reports to Platinum Heights without doing her due diligence and addressing the repairs that needed to be done and has caused me to lose my safety deposit with the complex that I was relying on to relocate my family to another province as I have lost my job due to the Covid 19 Pandemic .

I would have taken a different route if you had the courtesy to warn people and please do not say it was in the Randburg Sun as not everyone gets it. A big fat minus 100 stars
