Made order for 500 business cards based on quote, and based on the companies website. Later the same day I make payment based on quote received by mail. There after they contact me by mail and claim that the free courier service is only on order of cards over 5000. I would say this company may not be honest or true to their own advertising or website. See attached mail and screen capture of website. Clear as daylight their website states free delivery on 500 cards - Lets see if they stand to their money back guarantee or advertising.

Ordered some products from them, the quality was shocking, with scratches and bubbles on the artwork. Purchased 10 and had 7 of them damaged. I reported this to them, they even had the audacity to ask me to return it at my own cost even though it was their fault. Do not be tempted by their specials and low price. You pay for what you get.Update: 2020-9-17I have not received my goods yet, even after your reply about wanting to correct this problem. It seems that your company is not aligned since one person says one thing and someone else does another. The service your company provides is horrific. No one picks up the phone calls and now my emails are bouncing back. Are you guys even still operating?

I ordered 5 Triplicate books for a business from them. I send the logo and only pictures of what i wanted. Specified on my email that the logo must be added on the book cover and every page. Got the quote, struggled sometimes for almost 2 weeks to get hold of them. So being frustrated, eventually i heard from Felicity who is the owner of the company. That is what she is telling me. I later send them the wording, where what must go and all they had to do is the layout of the page, i even specified, with a BLUE block where the logo must go. Received the books, brown hardcover, not color as i asked, no logo, not even black on the cover and no logo on the inside of the pages. I have 21 emails where i tried to get hold of them. Today, i found them, told them the quality is very very bad and there is no logo anywhere. Felicity The Owner blatantly refuses to let me speak to anyone else, no other contact numbers or email addresses but hers. I must accept i made a mistake she says, my only mistake was using them. I have never been so angry at a company. The fact that they are just refusing to admit it was a mistake, refusing to let me speak to anyone else, She is the owner. This was really a huge mistake, i would love to see that this email goes to the correct person but she will probably just delete it. I had a horrible experience....

Dont go near this company. They are dishonest 100%. They offer free delivery on their site. After you pay they retract that claim and attempt to swindle more money. They guarantee money back, they have not done this. This company is blatantly dishonest. Trying to contact them after the fact is a game of avoidance on their part. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

I ordered shirts for a specific event that I am attending and did not delay in paying them. They let me know at 12:54pm on 13.03.2020 that the shirts are ready. When we got to the office at 3pm, there was no one there. I told them that I needed the shirts by 13.03.2020! I would like a full refund please as I now need to have them printed at extra costs to me somewhere else!

Dont bother with this company. What a waste of time. I had to phone 5 times to ask for a quotation, only to be told take your business elsewhere. When I asked for the manager, I was told to do my own research, and the phone was hung up in my ear. They only have one number and one email address. Probably a one man band. Proceed at own risk...

Printing Jet deserves 0 stars. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them over three weeks. Constant broken promises. No customer service at all. Company does not have good work processes in place. A frustrating experience and I still have not received the photos yet. A most frustrating experience
