Clive Hassall took some amazing portrait photographs on the 12 July, 2019 the day I graduated from Wits with a Senior Doctorate. My wife Beatrix and I wanted a record of the day but were a little apprehensive when we arrived. Clive is a master of putting you at ease and we became completely relaxed. Some amazing photographs were taken and being a perfectionist Clive guided us through the process of selecting the best. Being not so clued up about the intricacy of a professional shot, I thought it would take a few seconds, but little did I know the level of detail and work required to get the perfect shot and posture. A Professional and enjoyable experience with marvelous shots to boot!

My corporate photoshoot with Clive! It was such a great experience 🤩! I for one was very neverous about trying to look professional and photogenic at the same time, but Clive spent the first few minutes explaining to me how it will all come together naturally once I am in front of the camera. I was surprised to find the studio already set up for the photoshoot. All he needed to do was to adjust the lighting to accommodate my skin tone. Never did i think that photoshoot sessions, let all corporate portfolios last more than 20 minutes because of the detail and prefection therein. During the photoshoot we tried different poses and lighting from which we got very nice photos. He is willing to give advise and lets you decide on what your comfortable with so that you both have a memorable experience. With completion of each photoshoot, you sit down for a selection process which is rather difficult because he is really good with the camera and angles. Once all the editing is done, you receive files in 3 different resolutions for different purposes all of which he explains to you in the studio and on email. He is very professional, meets deadlines, very good at photography, welcoming and willing to provide guidance where he can. I got to learn a few things about cameras. I definitely would recommend Clive for a photoshoot and will be seeking his service again.
