Professional service from protective force each time my alarm activates with excellent response times. Would recommend for any security needs!

Moved over to Protective Force in November 2020. Have been struggling ever since to get them to come and do a full assessment of our alarm system. I keep having to replace batteries, and receivers, remotes and alarm panels. It costs us money every time these guys have to replace something, yet I still dont know what is working and what is not???? Have asked on numerous occasions for a technician to be sent to do a full assessment of our alarm system and advise what needs to be fixed and provide us with a quote, but am still waiting. Absolutely shocking considering our life is in their hands at the end of the day, yet at the end of the month the debit order goes off. Really poor service!!!! Technicians make an appoint and then are either late or cancel at the last minute. Seriously considering moving to a different armed response company.

You have very violent drivers on the road. I have called your offices 3 times and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Esme once and Marcel twice. No one calls me back. I will be posting the registration number in the newspaper I want action. You driver reverses at a robot almost hitting me in my car. This is totally unacceptable and uncalled for. I will make this big as I have given you guys 3 chances to call me and you failed to acknowledge that I will post this on social media. What if I was killed innocently by a security company who is supposed to protect innocent citizens? #poorservice #saynotoprotectiveforce #disgusted.

Service guards that are deployed at shopping centres are absolutely terrible. Second time my girlfriends car has been broken into whilst the security guards are nearby. Its a shame!! Do something about this!
