Rubbish college. It takes a month plus to get feedback or assistance. Always a new academic advisor its like going round in circles. Rather opt for distance learning with uct or other major universities.

Wish i could give them a 0.... Registered at them at the beginning of this year still waiting for my first results.... Everytime you call they dont know how to assist you or their exact words:Uhm mam i have absolutely no ideaWould not recommend anyone to go there or to even try their online courses.... With my second cycle of exams (still havent received my first results but need to go write the next one) I got at the exam venue and my papers wasnt even there had to sit and wait another hour for my papers.... They are just HORRIBLE point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been waiting for my assignments results that I submitted in 2020 May, they service is poor i cant get through the head office. Ill be on hold for more than 30 minutes. Not to mention my exam results too, they send wrong results. Im frustrated

My first experience was good I got a consultant who helped me very well and I however appreciated the service.

Will never ever tell anyone to study through Intec. You have to struggle to obtain your marks and course material. Its always a hassle to receive any information from the College. If you want to study through Intec make sure to note that you will waste your time and money. They fail you in order for you to keep on writing exams and to pay an additional fee of R 450 for each exam. They make empty promises to say you will receive your marks within 72 hours. But weeks and months go by and if you dont contact them you dont hear anything from Intec. They will definitely phone you if there is any money outstanding. They dont give proper updates in the call centre, you hold the line for 30 minutes just to get through to some in order for them to drop the phone in your ear.I though this wouldve been a great opportunity for me to study but it wasnt a great journey or wonderful experience it was HORRIBLE!

How I wish I read all of yalls comments before I registered with them this year. Im currently experiencing rather repulsive customer service. there is little to no information at all on their student portal. I have to call them to get information, then they get frustrated with you for asking them questions and clarity etc. Very Useless I must say. But come debit oclock, they are sure on time. cant believe that Ill be stuck with this futile institute for the next 3 yrs

What a scam,they are not even accredited,take your money,when u go write exam u can not.Useless service as well

You get fast feedback and turn around time when you need to make payment for your course, following that there is no assistance. Assignments are not marked, theres no feedback on exam results. No one answers their phones. Its ridiculous!!! They dont even deserve the one star.

Terrible. Intecs support takes ages to get back to you for even the most basic of inquiries. They will take months to give you your course material and take even longer to answer any questions you ask them.I would strongly recommend not studying with intec.

Intec do not deserve even one star in my experience and opinion. Intec is at all not a good institution to study at, they want their money, when you have paid up, their service really turns to no service at all. Trying to get results out of them is really bad, in actual fact actually to receive any communication from them is the worst, it is a hassle. Please do research on other institutions, that really look after their students, as this is the worst institution to study through.

Not happy with the service Ive received in INTEC College since 2019. I was on a call for 20 minute and was requested to leave a voice message but the phone was cut off. The worst service ever expirienced

Terrible service, people working there at the student centre are really useless. I have completed my course a year ago and still not received my certificate yet when their payment is due they want it. Dont study at intec its really bad.

I’ve trying to get my results and I fully paid for my course, I don’t know how many times I called , sent an email and dm’d them Facebook but still I haven’t received my results .Intec is worst ,don’t ever study with them

I wish I could give 0 stars for this pathetic institution. When you call they mostly dont answer and when someone finally does, they are so unhelpful and rude. You get debited even after your account is paid up, and 3 weeks later you dont even receive a response to acknowledge whether its being sorted out. Disgusting service. Will never recommend this institution for learning.

The service is disappointing. The information given to you is inaccurate and do not answer your calls , messages or emails. The employees are super rude.

The consultants are super rude and not willing to go the extra mile to assist students, i called a day later after the closing date to try and register for my exams. The reason I was late was because I thought my exam entry form had to be accompanied by proof of payment which was an honest mistake but they were very rigid and not flexible at all. I spoke to a lady called Jacqueline at Cape Town head office who was extremely rude to to me!!! That time I paid all my fees in full...i wouldnt recommend studying through Intec College.

The worst possible service I have ever had. I paid for the books etc in Jan - Feb 2015. I still have not received these books. I have spoken to the Innocentia (in charge of the students)in this regard (but to no avail) now she says she has passed this matter on to the the book side. Can you believe this, I now have to go to a Lawyer to sort this out. Of course at the expense of INTEC.

Not impressed at all. Have recently sent 3 emails to follow up on the necessary that must be sent through to my daughter and have had no response. Someone had called her and were supposed to deliver that week - which was 2 weeks ago and nothing. Emailed the lady that had assisted me - any nothing! No response whatsoever. Had made payment, etc. on the 12th of February and we are now going into April. Not impressed with the service at all!Dont think I would recommend.

This is the WORST institution you can ever sign up with for further studies. I enrolled and paid my course in full two months ago and still havent received my study material. Dont even waste your time trying them - have a look at Hello Peter for some more poor reviews on this pathetic organisation!Edited 14/02/2018 - Received my study material after kicking up a major fuss, so there might still be hope yet.

Bad Service ....I called the Braamfontein branch,the customer service desk , tried chatting online to a student adviser and still I wasnt helped i was placed on hold by a lady named Michelle who sounds like she is sick when talking to clients without being notified for almost an hour and no one picked up to help ..I wanted to enquire about my assignment..how does this work when they are so quick to deduct each and every month but they dont deliever good service
