Orders released a week ago and non of the staff are aware of it get to their place and release number has not been sent ? And then you still get lip from the staff this is unacceptablePlease can someone get people who want to work and get rid of people sitting around doing nothing ?

Bit slow on helping to off load but neat and efficient

Processes dont work. People not willing to do their jobs. They dont care about you as a customer. Can keep you waiting for hours!!! Treat you are they are doing us a favour whereas we pay for this...
