The staff member tookthe on special wines that were the last infront of me ,she took four I ask her one she denied, why Woolworth dont give them their time to buy than to fight with customers

Situated inside Melrose Arch. They have a great restaurant to enjoy some of their food. I like the Crispy Chicken Burger, definitely my favorite.

Came from Midrand, as the branches around me didnt have stock. I specifically chose to go during a quiet time, which is what I got. Hence, enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. Got what I wanted. Love the clothing area.

The food here is AMAZINGLY FRESH. I have been to a few Woolies in my life but there is none as fresh is this. Clean and staff is friendly. If it was cheaper, it would get 5 stars from me.

Three floors worth, so if you are wanting the food section its good to note that its on bottom floor. Otherwise not much to say other then it is a well stocked Woolworthsl, as they all should be...

Staff arent very friendly and the mens underwear section was poorly stocked.

Great store with an outside sit-down café!

For a branch based in such an upmarket centre and area, this Woolworths is surprisingly lacking in the range of other stores in terms of food. If I am looking for lunch, unless I want a sandwich, there is not much choice.

Its always got great food and the staff are friendly and always try to make sure that when it gets super busy that more tills are opened up to get people through here faster. This is also a clothing store - so anyone in the area who loves Woolworths will definitely love coming to the one in Melrose Arch

One of the best Woolworths stores regarding their clothing. Teller was extremely obliging and friendly. We dont get this treatment much these days.

Went to order a replacement card, the manager didnt let me buy with my broken card while I had be en using it for about 2 months in our stores to purchase. But she was more then happy to accept a payment using the very same card.

Has a great bakery and a lot of lunch options. The staff is also very friendly and they go the extra mile. A great Woolworths and also very big. Has lots of options for clothing for different ages and occasions.

I enjoy shopping here for food ,homeware and clothing. The ladies range is always good but disappointed that the kiddies range appeared downscaled this season.i would however still shop here for convenience and being able to buy most of the quality merchandise I need

Worst service! Sorry Woolworths you miss the mark by far when it comes to the quality of service your staff give your customers! They would rather stand argue with a customer and throw their customers groceries into a bag because they seem to have the nerve to think they can do this. Met a friend at the pleasantly appointed Woolworths Cafe. Good coffee. I ordered the duck waffle but was told the waffle machine was broken. Ordered the duck sandwich and apparently there was no duck. I went elsewhere for breakfast. Poor service.
