They do not answer the phone.............customer service = to 0

Visited the store yesterday evening for the fist time this year and WOW what a huge difference, the store entrance I remember last year was of a very disorientated nature. Entering the store yesterday I couldnt help but notice how organized and well put together its currently looking, seems like the the range has also increased and improved drastically.Great job Eunice and the Eastgate Team your store looks amazing!!!!

Your customer service needs work, no man your staff seems to not be interested in helping customers, need to do better .Went to the shop a week ago, the service could be better, had been looking at a sneaker for a while before I got attention, eventually got assistance from a lady which was ohk, but a certain gentleman who works at the store started giving me unwanted attention and even left the store with me just for a number which i did not give , I just want to know, is this a thing? Does the store allow such behavior? Because this made me extremely uncomfortable even to come back and buy

Lack customer service, they do not pick up the phone when you call in... When you get through and ask them a question they put the phone down immediately...

By far my favorite store. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The store itself is tidy, open and clean. Wide variety of all brands and sizing. Thank you to Gontse,Frans,Refilwe and Thuli. You guys are lit !!!! And made my shopping experience memorable.

How do u have 10 people working. A full shop under covid and only 1 till open.

Well it is not our favouriteThe staff is not good, perhaps they are sad, shame!The shop has ridiculous display, it reminds of the out side of Charlton Centre, those selling on the pavement, same display.We got there and went away, not one of them came to offer us any assistance.There was a woman speaking on the phone, very loudly, laughing and gesturing,No no noNot Good👎 👎 👎
