The refinery in Braamfontein has met all the standards of other Refineries I know. Staff is super friendly, we just need a parcel counter.

This is for Refinery Campus Square sinve they dont have their own location tag. I just had the worst experience today. After picking what I wanted to buy. I was told that they dont use the tap and pay using Samsung Pay because of fraud reasons and they only use the old school way of card payments. My arguements were 1. Why have a tap and pay point of sale system when you dont use it. Why not write on the door that they only take cash payments. 2. If you say tap and pay cannot be used because one can be using a fraudulent card, but for a card to be registered, you go through an authentication process with the bank. Someone can get someones card and still use it to pay even if its not given to them. 3. Tap and pay system requires me to input my pin and hence its the same as a having the traditional card. In conclusion, I will call on Monday to the headoffice so as to clarify why they inconvinience us by putting up systems that arent utilised. They should know this is why people like me end up using online platforms. I am surely disappointed.
