Sent an email at 7am on Saturday, 8/9/21 requesting delivery, I did not receive the courtesy of an email response advising me that the store no longer delivers on a Saturday, I sat for 3 hrs waiting for something that was never arriving until I eventually telephoned them!!! Amateur service fm a store that should know better.

The place was well ordered , I liked most the Express till, its as the name says it is, though there were many people but it moved fast.Keep up the good and rare standard

Always a pleasure to shop there. People working there are always helpful and pleasant. Managerial Staff are fantastic especially during these trying times.

Service was great, though the hygiene standards looked to have dropped compared to when I was their 2 years ago.

Items marked down were out of stock. Manager (think his name was Jaques) said hed call me when they received stock of these items - expected by Tuesday, 21/09/2021. Its the day after and I am yet to receive a call.

Everything iz always fine with no complain and 99%customer service

The ice was frozen stuck to the freezer. The staff just shrugged. My e-hailing taxi was accosted by other taxi drivers. I had to walk to a safe place a block away. Will never return.

I quickly popped in to replace a Tumebank card and was pleasantly surprised to have a Go Banking ambassador give excellent service. The shop was clean, tidy and tills went quickly.

Convenient distance, friendly staff. Meat and produce not fresh or varied. I even saw a cockroach

Went there the other day for the first time in ages , milk was on special. I stupidly bought 10 litres and had to throw it all away. The milk was sour. Wonder how many other people were caught like that 🤬

Not easily accessible and the staff are not helpful they are too busy unpacking merchandise and not paying attention to customers.

The shop on its own is okay but more people should be working on the tills to avoid the long queues.

Staff are very helpful and could not complain the Bedfordview people how ever needs to get some manners. I was rammed by a stuck up high society pig who calls herself a lady. Staff helped me when I got rammed.

I am longer using Darras Center as a shopping venue as I do not feel comfortable shopping there. Car guards are a problem, stores not stocked properly and Covid regulations mot adhered to in general. Big problem no parking for pensioners.

It was super nice

Absolutely shocking customer service and tellers. Cues of people and the staff would rather chat to their friends while everyone is standing waiting for someone to help them. No manager to be found for anyone to complain. Elderly people standing for very long time waiting in cues.

I always do my shopping here because its convenient for me. However I was a bit disappointed with staff at the Lottery desk that still need some training; they absolutely had no clue about the online redemptions... its like you are talking Greek to them. I expected prompt service from them from all aspects of tickets sales including online betting as well.Till this day, no one knows about online sales when it comes to Lottery. I appeal to management to do a bit of research for their staff or proper training from Lottery department. Im under the impression that training has been provided to the staff- I was a bit disappointed though....Management, do something about your frontline staff otherwise dont put them there. We expect stellar service from your personnel.
