I was a regular here for several years. Since about 2019 though, stock is hardly refreshed. On top of that, security is lax, and youll often find yourself being harassed by people begging in the store. In the past 6 months, there have been 2 major robbery attempts at Woodmead Value Mart in general, which puts you off the entire place as a whole.

Quality goods at a quality price. All staff ate very knowledgeable around product offerings. Especially shoes. 1st class thank you. This store is amazing, so much to choose from. Guaranteed to find all the latest Nike products. All the Covid 19 protocols are in place which gives you peace of while shopping. Best time to shop in this store is during the week days, when they are not so busy.

Honestly found nothing that I liked here. I may have bought an item or 2 for the sake of it but it’s nothing like what you’d find in the retail stores. If you’re looking for good, trending Nike products, I suggest you shop online

Great store but I was disappointed to realize that they dont have airforce 1s at an entire Nike factory store.

Be careful when shopping here..had my backpack bag opened while browsing in the running clothes section and a staff member alerted me to the zip being wide open. Nothing stolen as it seems they were distracted.

Just visited the store now ,truly disappointed by the lady at the door giving me an attitude telling me trolleys are not allowed ,if I ask should I leave the things by the door she continued to tell me trolleys are not allowed ,so I’m supposed to pick everything on the trolley and go with inside the shop?wow I just left because clearly my money was not needed thanks!

Honestly the shop wasnt as congested as I thought it would be. The frustration however is its self service so brace yourself. If youre looking for a trainer you found on the website (like me), forget it. Apparently whats on the site is not in the factory store, only concept shops have those trainers. A bit frustrating to look at stacked boxes.... Good luck!

Great store with a variety of NIKE products ranging from running shoes to lifestyle shoes, including football and basketball shoes. The variety of clothes also range from workout clothes to lifestyle clothes. And all these products are available literally for all ages and all genders

Man, how does this store always have a line! Its because of the insane specials this factory store always has. Covid protocols in place. As a piece of advice, if visiting, get there as early as possible!

Some really bargains but you have to hunt for them. Shoes seem to be the best deals with many at 50% + off. Sadly not much staff ti offer assistance but it is an outlet store. Take your own socks !

Q for entering inside is very long, more than one hour waiting outside on the que, and everybody is expecting to have something out of this Nike factory shop!and is midday about 500 people still waiting on the que outside! 😂☔Is my second visit within three weeks! Too clutter, prices are very much aligned to the general mall high end stores... and staff service is non-existent.Really not the effort.

With Covid-19, they brought in an appointment system on the Nike website. Meaning you make an appointment at your favourite store, to skip the queue when you get there. Not only did none of the employees know about the system, they did not want to let us in the store. We had to wait for the manager to figure something/the system out. Why even have the option if no one knows about it? The store was also a let down, so little to choose from. A complete let down.

Some times thry get quite full so theres a long line that starts to form outside, especially due to Covid regulations, the earlier you get thete the better. Its best to go early because you can still pick up good deals with the good sneakers before they all get taken and sold out.There are not that much of a variety of the lastest sneaker trends but they have alot of alternatives to choose from. There are also no special pricetags on some boxes or tekkies to show you how much the specific sneaker or shoe is going for.This is a good place to go to if you looking for good deals.

The queues at this store are quite ridiculous.I was there to get a refund and I still had to stand in that long long long queue, doesnt make sense why they dont make one counter specifically for returns/exchanges. That would improve things.

The staff is very helpful. If u dont know what u need they explain all products and ask questions that will assist u in deciding best products for your sporting needs.All my training clothes I buy here. And they have massive sales most times.

This is extreamly popular shop especially during weekends. The shop itself has a wide variety of Nike Mechandise however because its an outlet popular a sizes are limited. Prices are better than retail outlets in some aspects as they always have 3 or 4 pairs of sneakers at less 50 % markdown. Clothing, random things appear cheap but because things shelfs are not stored properly you would find a size 9 in the size 7 section leading to lots of time spent in store. Great shop if you willing to have time to shop!!

Good social distancing protocol inside the store. Prices are good for Nike. But the line outside can get very long especially Thursday to Sunday. On a Saturday the line can reach the outside of the park! The best time to go is Monday and Tuesday and even then you are looking at a 30-45 minute wait in the line.

Shopping before the lunch time helped because one could maintain a social distance in the shoe isles with other shoppers most of the time. As it approached the lunch time, it started getting busier.

I liked this place because it was well organised and the cashiers worked fast and didnt take too long to accommodate the customers.

Theres a lot of stuff you dont find there, especially the Jordan brand.
