Theres a variety of clothes to choose from, the staff is also really helpful, I enjoyed shopping there.

I experienced appalling service at Mr Price Balfor Park today.The young man(Tshepo I think, according to his name tag) who was manning the changing rooms this morning 11/12/2020 is so rude and has a stinking attitude. If he doesnt want the job, he must quit instead of muttering insults under his breath to customers unprovoked. When i confronted him, he started shouting at the top of his voice to a colleague on the other side of the shop to try to cover up his stinking attitude.

Does Mr Group regulate music and volume played in their stores? Mr Price Balfourplays music too loud. By the time I finishedmy shopping, I had a headache from that loud annoying music 😰😰

Good service I received from jerky, I come to swap trouser that where to small to get a bigger size and she was more helpful I really enjoyed her service, keep it up jerky👍

I am disgusted with Balfour Park Mr Price service I got today from the so called supervisor that was at the shop today. I bought online and had to spend 30 minutes for a return. I was told I bought the items using a gift card. I disputed this as I knew I paid with my card. I had to sit and find the transaction on my bank statement and she still was rude to me complaining about how this is making “their lives” difficult like it was my problem. Her tone was rude and I wonder why people who can’t work with customers even work there. This was today 17:30 to be precise. I am shocked at how they treat customers there. You do not speak to customers like they are problem. Pure rubbish!!!

Staff have attitude problems

I wanted a Jean. It had no code. The lady took forever to try and find it on the system. She asked for help from the other ladies and they just ignored us. Never going back to that rubbish.
