Foschini Eastgate worse store I have ever seen, service very poor. I there today to close my late husbands account and I was made to wait for more than an hour. The lady didnt even know which form to print and when she was finally assisted, I was told that the needed certified copies not originals. I waited for 1h30 just to be told that I cant be assisted.The manager was so loud when talking to me, she was so unprofessional. I will never go there ever again. Foschini Eastgate has changed for the worse

East gate Foschini must be the most unhelpful unfriendly shop I have been to in a long time. The lady at the counter and also the Managers are so unhelpful. No wonder they have closed down half of their shop size. Today I was reminded why I dont have and never want a account with Foschini

The poor staff was worked off their feet... They tried hard.. But couldnt cope.. The music was a cross between township kwela an Peter tosh... The customers in my 22 minute que were all complaining. An the manager came strolling over an chewed out the poor lady trying to do everything. An it has been like this for the last year.. Doesnt even rate one outta 5 but theres no half stars to put... Foschini Eastgate. Look to yourself an get ur act together.!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the store has pretty lights that make it bright and you see everything well.

I made an online purchase on the 17th of September and received a notification that the parcel was delivered at Foschini Eastgate on the 26th September. When I went to the store I was told its not delivered. When I call the courier, they say the parcel was delivered at Foschini Eastgate, Nokwazi signed for it. Its now the 30th September and no one seems to have the parcel with them. This is so frustrating. I have called Foschini Eastgate numerous times and the call just gets dropped.

Please rectify the trading hours, as the shop opens at 09:00,imagine having to wait for an hour for a shop to open.

Get ready to get ripped off. This store was running a promotion for 50% off tees when getting to the pay point we were advised only on selected items. It is so sad that in these times retail giants like this are still deceptive and dishonest to their customers. What should have cost about R1400.00 ended up being R2600.00+ and after arguing only one item was discounted. Very unethical store beware !!!!

The store is neat and clean. The prices of merchandise are expensive although it compare favourably with those of similar stores. The store is a bit small in comparison with similar stores in other shopping malls. The staff needs to get more involved with customers as customers looking for assistance sometimes cant find the staff. Too few staff members on duty as you need to stand in a long queue to pay for your purchases.

They never have enough tellers working so you stand in their que for over 30 minutes and the line is not even that long. Its always a mission to check out a Foschini East gate.

Slowest till ever at Foschini Eastgate. Only 1 person at tills on the 24th of May with 10 people waiting in queue. They have no regard for clients. Poor shopping experience.

If I could give them a minus score I would. The shop was completely empty and when we got to the checkout there were at least 6 staff members standing talking to each other they ignored us and continued chatting while we stood looking at them. They actually seemed quite annoyed that we were inconveniencing them

This is such an unprofessional store out of all the Foschinis this store is shocking the peoplr the help you are so unhelpful, the are rude and unfriendly. I always dread going to this store but its the only store that sells urban decay. Sad that the staff leave such a bad taste in ones mouth. Unsatisfied

Im very disappointed there is no customer service, no help offered and because my husband is black they treated him like a thief.. I wont recommend this place to anyone I know!
