I brought a cellphone last year around November. I took the phone back to the store, and after a month I was told that the phone cannot be repaired. So, i was told to choose another phone with the same value as the one I had, and that they do not do refunds. I would like to know why I cannot just get a refund especially if they keep telling me to go back and come on a different day.

Nicely stocked for the whole family..I think theyd do better with a few more cashiers at the tills but overall a nice experience to shop there
