I definitely love the customer service. Its my second visit at the store and the service is still the same. Sometimes you may buy something and find that its on special which comes as a pleasant surprise. Also I lie how intimidating the que may look, but it moves quicker.

They got this love of customers and care they not working because they wait get paid but they love their jobs

Good day,I have a problem with one of your staff working there. Rialda Blom ordered masks from my business using your brand (Ackermans) for your employees 2 weeks ago. She told me that yol had paid her for the masks... till today havent had feedback and she blocked me from all social media.I went to the shop on Monday (8th June 2020) Team leader said shes on leave. ive been doing ups and downs and im getting frustrated now to the point im willing to involve the police to take action.

Not impressed with their service, they are incompetent.

The security lady gave me very bad attitude. The staff was very friendly though. I went to exchange shoes well she saw me on the phone while entering the store girl greeted me with attitude as if I wasnt gonna greet her. Next she tells me the shoes are dirty she cant help me I try explaining to her those shoes were never worn its just my hands. The staff helped me and when I was done one off the staff accompanied me by the door this lady now accused me of cleaning the shoes wooow.

Needs to be renovated. Needs a proper stock control system that is able to check for merchandise availability across region stores, needs more fashion variety. Their fashion is very limited. It looks as if all the other Ackermans stores are dumping rejected fashion in it. The basement floor is crowded with merchandise; not spacious. I wouldnt by from that store. Was just accompanying someone.

Johannesburg CBD is hectic with traffic and and people are too many in shops too

Yes five days back I was in Ackermans Johannesburg

I went there to collect a Lay-buy this past Sunday, and it was extremely shocking how disorganised the store was. Ive used it before and did not recorgnised most of the staff on the tills downstairs. I am quite positive 2 of the guys there were hung-over and in no condition to be dealing with customers.

All the time I struggle to find boys clothes between the age of 4-5 years. Its full of girls clothes. I also dont like how the stuff becomes too busy doing nothing and we end up waiting in loooooong queues.
