There is no service from the Owner/manager. No response to emails and they make you feel like they doing you a favour. Payment paid and arrangements for a cleaning service and no one pitches 2nd week in arow and payment made upfront. When you place your booking for the 1st time you given them your cell number for the banking details to be sent to you. You are then advised to email proof of payment. I did all this and requested acknowledgement. No response sent second request no response. On the 2nd service call payment again sent an emailed - no response and no service given. long story short I arrange with Monique for a service this week only to find know onehas arrived, on calling to enquring the person answering tells me I must be mistaken without even trying to establish the facts. As a business owner myself in the service industry i could not beleave the rudeness and non apologetic approach to an error of not scheduling my cleaning service for today. I have given Lizzies maids 3 opportunities to give the benfefit of the doudt. I can not recommend their service at all. Very disppointing
