Applied for guardianship in July 2020, never heard from them since,. Its been over a year now. Tried to follow up and they are rude. A straight forward case.

At Issuing office (002) experienced difficulty with having my matter heard. Was referred to the secretary of court 8F, who would refer me back and it was such a back and forth situation.Yet excellent super service to the lady that works with urgent virtual court matters, she helped place my matter, helping me upload the documents , etc. She deserves a recognition and promotion of some sort. My matter was finally heard, as a result was granted an order

The place looks old and outdated. The elevators I used were dark with no lights. The security guards were welcoming and helpful though.

On the old and beauty architecture, for old and new dispute in front of the honorable Judges ,High Court of South Africa is one of the mostly importance institutions in the lifetime of the Citizens of our beautifully Country!

Staff work under difficult circumstances but still do their best. Many systems and processes in place to improve time spent and service delivery as a whole. Transparent leadership.

The woman who was meant to help me at the High Court was rude, abrupt and well, unhelpful. She told me that I should know what I was doing even though I explained my situation to her. Very upset and disappointed! If nothing else, speak to people in a polite, respectful manner-I think I deserved that at least. Also, if I worked at a company where I didnt know how things were run, Id be fired on the spot, so why are there so many people employed in government departments or institutions that dont know what is going on?!?!!!!

The lady who answeres the phone is extremely rude and hangs up on you while you talking... Gives the wrong advise aswell!
