Good COVID protocols, friendly service and I was pleasantly surprised at how much chocolate I got and what I paid, more reasonable than I had anticipated!

Costumer service sucks. I’ve been a costumer for years but in a last couple of months I hate going there. The lady that works there has too much attitude. Changing to Lindt rather. Costumer service is everything.
