Dr. Zano is a fantastic chiropractor. He has helped me with knee pain, costochondritis, and back pain. He is a natural healer and always explains the cause of the pain and then ensures that I get immediate relief. Not only is his theoretical knowledge outstanding but he is able to get your spine moving, either with spinal manipulation or using dry needling. I am not a fan of needling but Dr. Zano has always been gentle and is very empathetic. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
