Not sure about the sushi never got that far. We called to use a voucher that was given to my wife as a gift and was greeted by the most rude person on the other side of the phone. We decided not to redeem the voucher due to the rude and arrogant tone that was used. My advice to the owner is to get someone else frontline that deals with your telephone orders and customers or you will lose many of them . Very disappointed with the way we were spoken to. Tried to get the persons name that we spoke to but could not pronounce it.What is even worse is it seems these reviews are replied to by the same person that we had spoken to and not the owner. Will try to get a refund on the voucher. Definitely not a place I will support.

Food was great, especially the Bao buns. Service was friendly and efficient.

Ordered off Uber Eats and was very happy with the quality and pricing. I found the personal note regarding my replaced item very genuine and special. I appreciate the effort taken.

What a great surprise, all our dishes were tasty, well prepared and delicious. Will definitely be our go to place. The wonton soup is a little spicier than normal but this made it really good. Well done.

Please add a below than one-star rating. This was one of the WORST dining experiences ever! We were treated with utter disdain and contempt.  I desperately want my money back but I would settle for an apology. What an awful awful experience. My advice to anyone...DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Use your money at places where they know what customer service actually is.

Sweet and sour pork, is tasty as well as the sushi.

Do not order the prawn chow mein unless you are okay with having only 5 prawns and a whole lot of noodles as a meal. 😪

Shocking online purchase journey. Horrible. One of their sodas was priced above R21 and we assumed that it would a 1 litre drink or more only to discover, when we received our order, that it was a 300ml can. Im disappointed and hope nobody falls into their trap. Were absolutely appauled.

Ordered the cashew chicken and it was awful. The chicken looked like it was boiled in water and just added to the noodles. Had a jelly like sauce that had zero taste and hardly any seasoning. Wont order from here again.

Found concrete in my food, seems like the food was dropped and then swept up and put in the take away, please check on the chefs

I have ordered the assorted chow faan from this restaurant as I love this dish, but the dish came out as a disappointment, I understand they put eggs in the dish but its like here they fried eggs burned them and just put them on top of the rice, when I was eating I had to push aside the eggs and its they also count the pieces of meat they put in the dish, the prawns I cant even explain them, it was my first and last time ordering from them, if you want my advice please dont order from this restaurant

No people skills, rude to the point we turned around and walked out,Awesome food, but unfortunately staff is rude...We wanted to order sushi for 6 which would of pushed the bill to order R1000.All we asked was where the ATM is as the speed point was out of order.

Chimes take away . Good and reasonably priced , you will wait few minutes as all are made fresh

I placed a order on urber eats and then wanted to cancel it 1 min after cos no option to add mayo and the restaurant would not add 4 drops of mayo on my 4 pieces of sushi. The staff member at the restaurant would not cancel it 1 min later and was very rude and no manager to talk to. I used to only order my sushi from there but will never order again. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO customers or rather close the doors. Urber eats still charged me even though i wanted to cancel noooooo oneeeee would cancel it. You are a joke and will never support you again.

The service was slack and lethargic. The food had no flavor and no taste. We ordered duck chow mein and crispy duck with rice. The rice was dry and it was mostly skin.

Very dissapointed about the rude driver who wanted me to walk a distance to come collect my order . What kind of customer service is this? Worst part as i tried to direct him he raised his voice on me that ended cancelling the order. Very bad service 0/100. #8E134 is the order number.

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Order Sweet and Sour Chicken and Rice and I get something else (dont even know what on earth it is) - when i call to complain I get attitude. Not to mention i called about 18 times before someone answered the phone.

Terrible service and staff waited 40 min for a 6 piece veggie platter, while they are dead quite, this explains why they are so quite wont recommend it and wont be back
