I Would highly recommend Dr Dess Antenatal Classes. Even though, due to the pandemic, we had to attend our course online, the lessons were engaing, informative and highly educational - also featuring great guest speakers. Dr Des has amazing notes that go along with each lesson and these are super helpful beyond the lesson. I feel far more prepared and confident in aspects of birthing, breastfeeding and just generally keeping my baby safe and alive! The course is also inexpensive. Thank you Dr Des.
