Long queue just to get inside, I understand that its social distance because of Covid and regulations but they need to work faster and more efficiently

You would probably think because its Alex Mall, something is amiss, I was proved wrong by the level of Hygiene at this place, once again service is at par, I really enjoyed the visit

This is what they served me and they said its a mistake, how can you make a mistake like that who has to eat that, they said I should have brought back the meat so they can give me another one for that I was so furious.

I like the fact that its outside the mall, out of the busy mall.

The food is freshly made

The ice-Cream machine is hardly ever working and this branch refuses to prepare KFC salads. I have personally experienced many times when going though the drive though on order of my meal if I am going to be paying cash or card so then if cash, the money for the meal can be pocketed. Not only that, but a tip is requested when making payment instead of asking for the R2 for hope. You wont find me giving R2 for hope at this branch anyway. Quality of food is satisfactory.

Having given them a miss for two years, (what a less than up to scratch experience does,) I tried again yesterday. Eisch! (Order 579.) No eleven herbs and spices this time - just oil, oil, and oil! And arent their chips supposed to be crispy?Nice lady at the orders window, though.-------2019: KFCs 24/7 says enough about why they need to be open 24/7 - their customers want them to be. I just wish they would not give me their hot spicy Zinger version when I dont (ever) ask for it.

It was a very poor service, we had to wait over an hour at the drive through and our order was taken at the collection point which was more time spent waiting on the order again.

Great place! I forgot my phone at the tables and when I called they immediately found it and kept it safe ,I ate my zinger wings in peace.

Nice mall, did not stay long to see more. What I like more about this mall is the security. Their security is more aware of what is happening than in any other mall Ive been in the township.
