I was looking all over Germany and Pakistan for sausage essence. The sausage is made with 2 ingredients rolled into a cylindrical shape by hand using oil and flour. I eventually found a wide selection of sausage essence and I cant tell sausages apart between real and 3 ingredient (incl. essence) The favorites are Boerevauce and Banger Number Two. Triple Chilly Cheezo/The Hot Factor and Rustic are close runners up. My personal fave is Sizzeller Bold. When you cook it in a burning Barbie it sizzles I swear.Other essences and Essensees blow chunks because the sausages taste runny and floury, specially the strong Pakistanian types.

Terrible slow service. I ordered oils in September 2020. It is January 2021 and I still have not heard back from them.
