I made some purchases from the SandPit and was very impressed by the helpfulness of their sales staff. Unfortunately their delivery is rarely on time, but more concerning was that I started noticing some shorting on the sand loads being delivered. I would order a 6 cube load and only receive anywhere between 3 and 5 cube. Still waiting for my refund on the last load which was returned because it came so late it was no longer required and I had made alternative arrangements. Their pricing is good, but make sure you are getting what you paid for and order it long before you need it.

Cant say much about this place, except that a little more effort from the staff to being more efficient and helpful,should be a serious consideration. In todays world,people buy more than just a product... consumers buy into an experience as well (which comes stock-standard with every shopping engagement)...and that experience predetermines whether or not a retailer would get repeat customers (or good/bad worth of mouth).... something to take into serious consideration.

I usually buy from Sandpit, they have greater prices for bricks and all types of sand. Inside the shop there is not much, its mostly for cement, and building. But, never the less, good customer service, good prices,transport is available for a reasonable price.Yes, thats basically it, a great place to buy cement all types of sand, bricks, at great prices and friendly customer service

Deliveries never on time, quarry always on a break down and trucks are not measured properly during loading, hence a continuous shortfall of material when it gets to site.
