Not happy at all with their service made an application for a new contract with them and it says replies with in 24 to 48 hours its now 4 days still no reply or outcome given. There is no service no replys on emails struggle to get hold of them will go else where

I started with this company some years ago by switching from Telkom to Neotel through Mobile4u. Best decision ever! Now all our phone contracts are with Mobile4u. Always can count on the best support and advice on deals and upgrades.

Just love the backup service and great deals. Sale Manager Rallton and Admin Manager Nathali certainly gets 5 plus from me. They have been for many years with this company and with good reason. Mobile4u is my 1st choice in mobile data and handsets.

I feel I need to write this review as I am still fuming about this all. After a months wait and no real communication from their side, I received a phone call to say that my application was successful and that my device would be delivered with-in 5 working days, after 9 working days I tried to follow up as I was fed up with waiting. When I finally got through to them, I was advised that they were waiting for stock from their supplier, after such a long wait, I was fed up and no longer willing to wait anymore. When I called them to cancel the order, whom ever this person was on the phone opened my ticket and begun laughing at the abrupt messages I sent through, as I was trying to make a point that I was unhappy with their service and lack of communication, honestly, I was made to feel like just another number. Once again, companies advertising things they cant deliver on. This has been such a unpleasant experience and I hope the person that laughed on the phone is dealt with, if anything, the service I received was disgraceful to people in the service industry. No response or communication from a manager, they clearly dont need business as they were able to just let a potential future client just leave. If I were the owner, I would really have a look at who is running your business. Whats happened in the past 8 months? 2 prior 5* reviews!
