Such a pleasant experience here! Thank you to everyone for being so helpful and friendly. I got my screen replaced last year and it was giving me issues. They resolved them under warranty with no problems!

I got an Apple iPhone 12 Pro from Cellucity Melrose Arch a couple of days ago as an insurance replacement, during the collection process I asked the lady if everything on the phone will work on the MTN network because the phone they were providing me was Vodacom stock, she assured me that the phone is not network locked and everything should work. Recently when I went to an area with 5G connectivity, Id seen that it doesnt connect to MTNs 5G network, despite the previous phone being the same model except it being MTN stock. I called Cellucity and I was directed to the manager (Donovan) who asked me to provide him some technical information and run some tests, which I did and I proved it to him that this phone only connects to Vodacoms 5G network but not MTNs. Despite doing all this, he absolutely refused to take any responsibility for his stores mistake and refusing to resolve the issue. The only thing I got from him was excuse after excuse and no resolution, in the end he just said that I should contact the insurance company and resolve it with them. The fact is that store employee gave me false information and lied just to make a quick sale, this is pure deception. Please be very careful prior to dealing with this store.

Lee you have a great team and your customer service as a Manager is excellent.. The service received from the team at Cellucity is always very good. The Apple Doctor, Humphrey, is outstanding. His manner is friendly and polite, he is very patient and most importantly he knows what he is doing. He resolved a complicated technical issue for me in no time at all, all the while with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Apple Doctor to anyone who needs their Apple device repaired.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit this branch, excellent service, the staff is always friendly and smiling, but I must say my experience today was by far the best, I went in to get my phone repaired, the Apple doctor at this store is more than just a technician, he repaired my phone in less than an hour, made me feel at home just from his humility and the way he speaks to clients, hes the apple specialist indeed,he made me feel like cracking my screen again and coming back for another repair just for his company. Great service received at the Cellucity Melrose Arch last week. A simple visit just to look at what phones they have on offer ended with me being hooked on the store. On entry I was met by a guy named Mlulami (China) and he took me through the deals they have and specials. Even after mentioning im not buying, he remained patient and open to assisting. Went there to repair my display and change batteries of my phone that worked very well. When I got out, my phone was completely dead. I had to travel that same day which made this very inconvenient. They didnt offer me any solutions, not water or coffee in that matter which would have been nice since I spent 5 hours in that shop.
