Damaged my cushions when dry cleaning to the point the fabric was shredded, beyond mending. Never bothered to call me once in the six day ordeal I went through to get ‘sides’ of my cushions replaced, with other fabric, as the original fabric was out of stock. They were rude and unapologetic. Manager refused to give his name. Kept telling me to calm down but offered no service and no solutions. Only after I took photos of my cushions on day 5 did he suddenly start treating me like a customer. Ran after me to my car after shouting at me I couldn’t go to social media. Tried to bribe me by offering to do free laundry. As if!

I took my laundry to be dried yesterday Sunday 06/02 and I was advised to collect it today Sunday 07/02/2021. When I got the my laundry was not done,obviously that did not go down well with me because no one bothered to inform me in advance.I had an appointment that I had to get to after collecting the laundry,I then arranged with mt friend to pick up the laundry on my behalf at 5pm before they closed,fast forward when I got home to unpack the clothes,they were half done but I had paid a full price. Now I have to take them back in the morning,basically I have to make a third and the fourth trip to the same place.

I took blankets to be washed. The blankets smell so bad. I believe they were folded and packed while still damp. I paid a considerable amount to get this horrible service. I explicitly said Ill pick them up a week later to allow enough time for the blankets to dry.I will not make use of this establishment again.

I believe all but one of the positive reviews are faked and have reported them. The same broken language and patterns are used in reviews and they have reviewed the exact same places. Either just this laundromat or this laundromat and good vibes barber shop.

I took a pair of brand new formal pants to be altered. Also took a sample pair of pants for the length. I specifically told the lady that helped me that the pants must not be ironed as it is black and the iron Marks show on it. She told me it would be ready in the afternoon. On collection I saw that they did not sew the bottom if the pa ts but rather stuck it and ironed it making shiny Marks on the pants. The hem is also very big and has ruined the look of the pants. I also then found that the fabric was pulled and there is a thread that was laddered across the back of the pants. The staff were very aggressive and said that there is nothing they can do. I told them that I have pants at home that they sewed instead of glued. When I got home and called them to confirm this the manager said that he cant do anything about the ruined pants and I will get a discount the next time that I come in, while I was talking to him asking about the owners details he cut the call and refused to answer the phone after that. They have ruined a R460 pair of pants, with no sense of wrong doing or remorse.Pathetic service from all four staff members that was there today. I will definitely not recommend this place for altering your cloths.

Can you believe this my 9 pic suits where altered and dry-cleaned very well at a batter price, even my farther duvet that was too dirty which I lift in my garage for something now was dry-cleaned o my God it’s appearances very new and clean. Don’t need to buy new one.Soft elegance laundry & dry-clean thanks a lot guys.

What a loving service, my curtains where well altered and dry-cleaned my siting room looks fabulous now I really appreciate this, they even get it done before the day I expected

My laundry was washed, dry, iron, even the stains on my shirts was removed I got it same day at lower price.Am so happy for the stain remover in shirts which my maid was unable to take the stains outThanks you guy you are the best.

Never believe that wine stain on my suit will be out. thank you guys you rock and with good service i will always visit your guys from now on
