Cars get cleaned thoroughly, the staff is friendly, the environment is safe, clean and overall such a great place to be visiting for car wash

Careless service. The person cleaning my car messed up my floor mat with his dirty feet. I was told that my car would be finished on 45 - 60 min.I returned well after the 60 minutes, but my car was not cleaned. The insite was not touched, but my mat on the driver site was a mess.I complained to the person in charge, but I only good a stupid look. It was not the first time that I complained to this person. Last time the car was cleaned by a person which left such a bad odour in my car that I was unable to drive home.The same manager was in charge.Surely the person cleaning my car insite should be clean.I will report this business to the Pick n Pay Management.Taking the money for a full car wash for a non existing service is not acceptable.

Probably the cheapest car wash around. There are 3 Valenium carwashes in Kempton (Edleen, Birchleigh North, and Glen Marais, with the first two having very friendly managers). They dont provide senior/pensioners discount, but only because their prices are already lower than the other car washes.

They flooded the computer box with their engine valet ended up paying 3kApparently not the only one whose experienced thisThey dont know what they are doing

Will never go there again .... poor service and workers steal from you and management refuse to do anything about it
